What language is this?

Someone commented on my blog. I guessed it was Spanish, but when I tried Babel Fish and Google Translate, Spanish didn't work.

you tell me what language it is?: Oi, achei seu blog pelo google está bem interessante gostei desse post. At the end of the comment, the person requested me to add his site to my blogroll using (sorta bad) english. So far, I can tell it's some internet provider ad. Somehow related to Brazil. Is it related to Spanish? A dialect or diff country? Or is it another language? And if it isn't too much, can you please translate. :D This is the whole thing: dewerants.blogspot.com
